Project Manager
Rayane Saade is Project Manager and Member of the Lebanese Economic Association, where he leads the end-to-end redevelopment of the Association’s digital presence alongside contract research. He first joined LEA as an intern in 2021, contributing to a medium-term budgetary framework developed for the Lebanese government using IMF methodology.
He holds a Master in Development Economics and an MSc in Economics from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer and Communication Engineering with a minor in Economics from the American University of Beirut.
His published work includes a proposal for settling the Lebanese-Israeli border dispute, published in L’Orient-Le Jour, L’Orient Today, and Al-Modon, as well as analysis of South Lebanon’s economic history. His research interests span development economics, energy economics, monetary policy, and the application of machine learning to economic questions.
